Brockport heads to Canton Friday

Brockport is taking a trip to the North Country this Friday as they head to Canton to take on the Kangaroos. One day soon, Canton will become a part of the SUNYAC. In the meantime, this stands as a non-conference game.

Canton is 1-3-0 on the season, but don't let that mislead you. They beat Plattsburgh and almost pulled off an upset of Oswego last weekend.

Goaltending has been their strength this year, with their Number One Mike Cerasuolo sporting a .918 save percentage while back-up Austin Washkurak has a .925. On average, they have faced 38 shots a game.

The offense has yet to hit its stride this year. All their goals have been scored by only 4 players. Josh Sova leads them all with 3 goals.

It will be a good tune-up for Brockport heading into the Thanksgiving tournament weekend.
