If Chase Nieuwendyk has a big weekend (when doesn't he have a big
weekend??) when Brockport faces Fredonia and Buffalo State, he will
enter some rare territory within the next week. Chase has 96 career points. Four more puts
him at the century mark, becoming only the twelfth Golden Eagle to reach
that milestone. He will become only the second Golden Eagle (along with
the incomparable James Cody) on that list to have started his career
after 1996. Think about that: two decades...two men...two all-time
greats.
