Mike Gershon, a standout defenseman who graduated from Brockport in 2009, was invited to the training camp of the AHL's Adirondack Phantoms. Mike spent last season with the Port Huron Icehawks of the IHL. In 72 games he had 35 points while playing his usual stellar defense.
